FLY(er) just grew two versions in a day.
Not a new coat of paint. Rooms.
Your account can go private. Flights leave the public radar. Your face and handle stay up so people can still find you and ask. You decide who gets in. Switch it back and everything you wrote is still there.
Charters are the other room. Public or invite. You name it, you set the house rules, the radar becomes that room and nothing else. What gets said in a charter stays in the charter. A public charter has a link from its name. A private one can have an invite link you switch off. Switch it on again and the old link stops working.
Profiles stopped being a page. Something lives under your Top 8 now. A robot, a pet, both, a whole floor if you have the points. Hundreds of scenes. Never the same one twice. Off means off.
Put a # in front of a word and it becomes a door. Seven to a flight. Tap one and the radar fills with that tag.
Search is not just handles anymore. It reads the words inside the flight.
Open a flight and you can see who liked it.
Ten thousand points earns you the (er). A gold 10K next to your handle. Bold, italic, five typefaces, and more room to write. Nothing to buy.
ReFlight someone else’s line with one of yours on top. Ask the radar a question. Up to four answers. Bars fill as votes land. Nobody sees who chose what. Not even me.
Wrote it wrong? Edit it for a short window. Or take it down. An edited flight says so. Nothing gets quietly rewritten.
Every flight makes a card. Your line breaks stay your line breaks.
The Flyer page itself does not paginate anymore. It just keeps going.
I built this on my own site. No app store. No algorithm deciding the room. Claim the handle before the room fills.
